President

Mike Seyfer is CEO of both Hailey Sault and the Institute for Human Excellence (IHE), where he leads two interconnected organizations focused on unlocking human potential as a driver of measurable performance.

At Hailey Sault, Mike partners with brands where human behavior shapes outcomes, particularly in healthcare, tourism, and experience-driven industries, combining human-centered design, data intelligence, and AI to drive measurable growth. Through IHE, he works with healthcare systems, government agencies, and enterprise organizations to strengthen leadership, improve team performance, and drive meaningful behavioral change, while aligning culture with measurable outcomes.

Across both organizations, Mike’s work sits at the intersection of human behavior, organizational performance, and growth. He is known for helping leaders translate insight into sustained, system-level change.

Mike is an active community and board leader, currently serving as President of the Board of Directors at Northland Country Club and Immediate Past Chair of the Miller-Dwan Foundation. His broader board service includes leadership roles with the Essentia Health Foundation, Minnesota Health Strategy and Communications Network, Tweed Museum of Art, Hartley Nature Center, and the Lake Superior Ad Federation.
